Child Safety Standards
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Our commitment
Polle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This applies to every part of the platform, including profiles, messages, posts, comments, and any other content or communication users can create. We do not permit content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise harms minors, and we act promptly to remove it and restrict the accounts responsible.
Who Polle is for
Polle is an 18+ platform for buying and selling horse-related products and managing horse syndicates. It is not directed at, marketed to, or designed for children, and creating an account requires being at least 18 years old, as set out in our Terms of Service.
How to report a concern
If you encounter content or behavior on Polle that concerns you, especially anything involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor, please report it right away:
- In the app — open the conversation with the user in question, tap the ··· menu in the top right, choose Report user, and select "Inappropriate behavior toward a minor" as the reason.
- By email — write directly to info@polle.fi with as much detail as you can provide.
You do not need to be the person affected to file a report, and reports can be made anonymously by email.
What happens after you report
Reports involving child safety are treated as our highest priority and reviewed by our team as a matter of urgency. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, restrict or permanently disable the account involved, preserve relevant records as evidence, and report the matter to the relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities, as required or appropriate under applicable law.
Legal cooperation
We comply with applicable Finnish and EU law regarding the identification, removal, and reporting of child sexual abuse material, and we cooperate with law enforcement authorities investigating such matters.
